BrandM3dia Warranty Repair Policy

  1. Returns Must be Shipped in Original box With all Accessories, cables, Manuals, and Software.
  2. Brandm3dia Requires Pre-Authorization for returns of all Products. Products Not Authorized will be Returned at Your Expense.
  3. BrandM3dia Will not be liable for any loss of or damage to unauthorized return items.
  4. BrandM3dia will repair or replace the products, and we will contact the customer if their repair is not under warranty.
  5. Damaged products will be returned "AS IS" At your expense.
  6. We Will ship, at your expense, via any express carrier service you request. WHen you request a carrier other than BrandM3dia's carrier of Choice, You will bear risk of loss and freight expenses for such shipments.

Return Procedure:

  1. BrandM3dia will only offer return on products in a case per case basis; Please contact your BrandM3dia Rep.
  2. RMA Form must be filled out. Areas that are prefilled are done by a support agent to speed up the process.
  3. No returns or repairs are accepted with out a RMA number, Absolutely no exceptions.

Shipping:

All Returns must be shipped with freight prepaid. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. If a product is delivered via parcel delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded unless otherwise stated in writing.
