BrandM3dia Warranty Repair Policy
- Returns Must be Shipped in Original box With all Accessories, Cables, Manuals, and Software.
- BrandM3dia Requires Pre-Authorization for returns for all Products. Products Not Authorized will be Returned at Your Expense. BrandM3dia will not be liable for any loss of or damaged to unauthorized return items.
- BrandM3dia will repair or replace the Products, and we will contact the customer if there repair is not under warranty.
- Damaged Products will be returned "AS IS" At your expense.
- We Will ship, at your expense, via any express carrier service you request. When you request a carrier other than BrandM3dia's carrier of Choice, You will bear risk of loss and freight expenses for such shipments.
