BrandM3dia Warranty Repair Policy

  1. Returns Must be Shipped in Original box With all Accessories, Cables, Manuals, and Software.
  2. BrandM3dia Requires Pre-Authorization for returns for all Products. Products Not Authorized will be Returned at Your Expense. BrandM3dia will not be liable for any loss of or damaged to unauthorized return items.
  3. BrandM3dia will repair or replace the Products, and we will contact the customer if there repair is not under warranty.
  4. Damaged Products will be returned "AS IS" At your expense.
  5. We Will ship, at your expense, via any express carrier service you request. When you request a carrier other than BrandM3dia's carrier of Choice, You will bear risk of loss and freight expenses for such shipments.
